Commission Info

Payment
I will only accept gil as payment. I also require half down, and the other half will be collected once the build is finished and approved by the client. Exterior decor is optional and will cost extra, as listed below.

Most furnishings can be gathered and crafted myself. Items that cannot be crafted (i.e., items from submarines, treasure maps, vendors, bicolor gemstones, etc.) will be purchased and added to the bill. Client may need to be available to trade items in order to complete the design. Any noncrafted furnishings over 20,000 gil will be added to an itemized bill due at completion.

Process and Communication
First, I will need your house size and any references you would like used. This can be photos from real life, pinterest boards, in-game screenshots or concepts. I will gladly take commissions for apartments, but as mentioned above, the client will need to have the MakePlace plugin installed for in-game placement. Furniture for apartments is the client's responsibility. If the design needs to be adjusted after placing, I will gladly do so.
Once the theme, size and payment have been agreed upon, I will get started designing.
I will create a plan using MakePlace and will send screenshots to discuss any changes such as color or placement. As previously mentioned, the client made need to be available to trade items, this applies you if you are not on the server, Lamia, and would like me to craft items instead of purchasing.

I will not complete someone else's build.
Builds will generally take between 1-2 weeks; anything longer will be discussed through DMs. This length is due to planning, approving, and then gathering and crafting all materials.
